The ERA Reporter will allow your facility to track your Medicare payments completely and accurately. The software uses Medicare's 835 Electronic Remittance Advice to track and report on the exact amount that Medicare has paid your facility, making it easier to detect over or underpayments. The software summarizes all of the information from the 835 into reports that vary in specifcity. The data may be sorted to produce reports based on desired detail of Fiscal Year, Financial Group, Provider Number and 835 Remittance Date. Data integrity is preserved, but the information is clear and easy to understand.

• General Reimbursement Summary
  This report shows current reimbursement for the current Fiscal Year, prior year reimbursement, previous years and total cash received.
  
  
• Financial Group Summaries
  This report gives a detailed description of the reimbursement for all of the dierent Financial Groups, and is used to summarize all nancial groups onto one report by Fiscal Year structure.
  
  
• Cost Report Summary
  This report shows in total dollars the amounts received for specic nancial groups by provider numbers.
  
  
• Provider Level Adjustment
  This reports identies and reports provider level adjustments that have not been included in the Medicare 835 Remittance Advice.
  
  
• Claims Level Summary
  This report illustrates a patient-by-patient summary of the nancial activity deemed appropriate and payable pursuant to Medicare edits.
